Hello, Everyone. I'm Kazuhiro Nakazawa, MD. My speciality is family medicine. Family medicine is a department of taking a role in patients' and community health care problems regardless of the age, sex and special medical skills. We give general health cares for you.

You can take X-ray, ECG, echo, urinary and blood test in our clinic. Some urinary and blood tests are outsource inspection.

Internal medicine; cold, pneumonia, gastroenteritis, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipemia, gout, heart failure, post-myocardial infarction, post-brain infarction, asthma, migraine, Grave's disease, renal failure(without dialysis), dementia
Mental disease; depression, panic disorder (not severe)
Surgery; cut, scratch, mild burn,
Dermatology; asthlete's foot, herpes zoster, contact dermatitis, cellulitis, urticaria, decubitus
Urology; urinary stone, pyelonephritis, cystitis
Orthopedic; fracture (without reduction) , osteoarthritis of the knee, spinal cord stenosis (without nerve block)
E.N.T; hay fever, tonsillitis
Gynecology; iron deficiency anemia, premenstrual syndrome (oral herbal medicine only)
Palliative care
Vaccines; influenza virus, staphylococcus pneumoniae, rotavirus, hepatitis B, hepatitis A*, Hib, measles, rubella, chicken pox, polio(IPV), DPT-IPV, mumps, tetanus, rabies*, Japanese encephalitis, cervical cancer, cholera*, meningococcal, tick-borne encephalitis*, typhoid*, Tdap*

* imported vaccines without Japanese government compensation

Note;

If you don't have a Japanese health insurance card, you have to prepare available credit cards or cash (at least 20,000 yen) as deposit in advance.
When you want to take a vaccine, you have to reserve. Please call or visit to our clinic to reserve. Vaccines prices are here.
The only physician speaks English. We give you medical interview form in English at our clinic.
